To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaData is provided without warranties of any kind and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using NexaData at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse the service.
