Refund Policy

Simple subscription and refund terms.

This refund policy applies to NexaData, a SaaS platform for data quality analysis, validation, governance, reporting, explainability, and repair recommendations.

Subscription billing

Paid NexaData plans are billed on a subscription basis according to the plan and billing interval selected at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.

Free plan

The Free plan is available at no charge and can be used to evaluate core NexaData features within the published limits.

Refund eligibility

If you believe you were charged in error or the service did not work as reasonably expected, contact us within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may not be available for periods where the service was actively used, for custom enterprise work, for misuse of the service, or where a request is made after a significant delay.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges unless a refund request is approved.

Email us with your account email, transaction details, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information before making a decision.
